Spa Grande Nature is the spa at Cedar Meadows Resort in Timmins, and its Nature Baths follow the hot and cold cycle. Guests warm up in the dry sauna, the steam bath or by the fire for about 15 minutes, cool off in the tempered pool, the seasonal pool or a cold shower, then rest indoors or out before finishing in the hot pool.

The spa also has a hydro-fusion spa jet and an infrared sauna, plus massages, facials and body treatments. A Nature Bath session is $58, no booking is needed, and guests must be 18 or older.
