Steamul Sauna Mississauga

Steamul Sauna is a family-owned Eastern European bathhouse on Dundas Street East in Mississauga, open since 2010. It has five thermal rooms, among them banyas heated by brick stoves, Finnish saunas and a main steam room, plus a cold water plunge, contrast showers and cold water buckets.

A Salt Palace room offers 45-minute halo therapy sessions, and the on-site restaurant and bar serve European food; The Globe and Mail wrote about its cabbage rolls and borscht. Walk-ins are welcome, and adult admission runs $46.95 on weekdays and $52.95 on weekends, plus HST.
