The story
The Pine began in August 2020 in Collingwood as a 12-seat pop-up at an outdoor harvest table, surrounded by pine forest. Jeremy and Cassie Austin ran it. Jeremy is not of Chinese origin, but years of cooking in China and Hong Kong shaped his dishes. They moved to Creemore in spring 2024.
