The Greatest Winery Tour moves from the vineyard into an underground barrel cellar of 300 barrels, then into the 10Below Icewine Lounge, an igloo-like room built from 13,607 kilograms of ice. The Winery Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Jason Parsons, pairs country cuisine with the estate's wines.
