The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates

The Winery Restaurant sits at Peller Estates on John Street East in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Destination Ontario notes that executive chef Jason Parsons, who has more than two decades of experience including work in MICHELIN restaurants, builds the menus together with winemaker Katie Dickieson so that each course comes with a matching wine.

The restaurant describes a vine-to-table approach, with VQA wines paired to each dish and 98 percent of ingredients from Canadian suppliers. It is Feast On designated and an Ocean Wise partner serving sustainable seafood. Lunch and dinner run daily, and the menus include a chef's tasting menu with access to the winery's 10Below Icewine Lounge, plus a monthly pairing dinner in the private dining room.
