Noble Restaurant is the main dining room of the Prince of Wales, a Victorian hotel built in 1864 in the heritage district of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Destination Ontario singles out its romantic room and the French-inspired menu of chef Jean-Paul Comte.

Comte joined in 2024 with more than 23 years of experience and runs a farm-to-table menu where wine-country cooking meets French tradition. Dinner mains include beef tenderloin, Brome Lake duck, Grand Banks halibut and a Berkshire pork chop, with a blackberry and lavender crème brûlée for dessert. The room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and sommelier Fred Gamula curates the wine list.
