The story
Chef Zach Smith cooked in Vancouver and at Toronto's Bar Raval, and had long wanted to work with whole animals. Fat Rabbit gave him the chance. It is a butcher shop, casual restaurant and retail space in one, where Smith hopes diners think more about where their meat comes from.
