Miss Bāo Restaurant + Cocktail Bar

Miss Bāo is an Asian fusion restaurant and cocktail bar on Princess Street in Kingston. Destination Ontario's Kingston guide points to a menu of bao buns and other Asian-inspired street food, and the provincial tourism body also includes it in its roundup of sustainable restaurants in Ontario.

The restaurant says its concept grew from wanting to tackle waste management in the hospitality industry. It aims to run as a zero-waste operation guided by seven principles: rethink, refuse, reduce, repurpose, reuse, recycle and rot.
