Terra Nova Nordic Spa & Café

Terra Nova sits on Highway 59 just north of Woodstock in rural Oxford County. Its thermal circuit pairs a traditional Finnish sauna, an aromatic cedar sauna, a wood-fired sauna and an infrared cabin with eucalyptus and spruce steam rooms, two year-round outdoor hot pools, two cold plunges, a cold pool and outdoor cold showers.

Between rounds, guests rest in the yurt, Timber Haven, on a warm water bed or by the firepit. Voices stay low, phones stay out of the thermal area, and food is served in the Nordic Café, where robes are required. Massages, facials and yoga round out the visit.
