The Restaurant at The Bruce

The Restaurant at The Bruce is the dining room of The Bruce Hotel in Stratford, within walking distance of the Stratford Festival theatres. Destination Ontario names Nick Benninger as culinary director and points to the hotel's farm tours, seasonal celebrations and themed dinner series as part of its food program.

The hotel describes refined dining built on seasonally inspired menus, and the restaurant is Feast On certified for its use of Ontario food and drink.
