Gusto 101

Gusto 101 fills a former mechanic's garage on Portland Street, just south of Adelaide, and BlogTO admired the redesign: vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen and pools of light over the tables. The bread is house focaccia and ciabatta, and the reviewer pointed to squid ink tagliolini with cuttlefish, grilled branzino with citrus and a meatball pizza with smoked provolone. The list is Italian, with a house label, and a private wine cellar room seats up to 20. Gambero Rosso gave it one Spicchio in 2025.
