Tutti Matti is chef and owner Alida Solomon's Tuscan restaurant on Adelaide West, now closing in on 25 years of cooking from that region in downtown Toronto. Time Out called it the downtown destination for high-end rustic Italian, noting that everything, fresh bread included, is made in house, and Foodism has dubbed Solomon the city's unofficial queen of Tuscan cuisine. She also won the L'Eccio d'Oro for Osteria of the Year in 2009.

The menu follows Tuscan habits of local, seasonal cooking. Time Out pointed to house-made pici with artisanal pork sausage, peas and Pecorino Toscano, and to rabbit with fennel, lemon and polenta. The room serves dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch midweek, Solomon runs small hands-on pasta classes followed by a family-style dinner, and Gambero Rosso awarded the restaurant one Forchetta in its Top Italian Restaurants 2025.
