Notte Ristorante

Notte opened on January 10, 2026 at 9 Church Street, near St. Lawrence Market, as the reworking of Amano Trattoria and its cocktail bar, Bar Notte. Restaurateur Yannick Bigourdan of Lucie and The Carbon Bar is behind it with co-owner Adam Teolis, and executive chef and co-owner Michael Angeloni, formerly of Amano and Berczy Tavern, runs the kitchen.

BlogTO described a looser room than Amano's, with happy hour each evening and no one-hour cap on tables, in keeping with an Italian idea that conversation counts as much as the food. The menu travels across Italy with Roman-style pizzas, handmade pasta, a full salumi bar and shareable plates such as a 12-ounce bone-in veal parmesan, backed by amaro, wine and classic cocktails. Gambero Rosso gave it one Forchetta in 2026.
