Dobbin Estate grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Cabernet Franc on the Twenty Mile Bench, and Destination Ontario notes its small-batch wines come from sustainable farming and low yields. Wine Country Ontario quotes Wines in Niagara calling the estate a show-piece for the region.

Tastings are by appointment. The guided tasting pours four wines over 45 minutes on the Tower terrace, led by a sommelier or winemaker, and the private Tower tasting for up to ten guests adds a sparkling welcome and a visit to the Pinot Noir vineyard. Afterward, guests can shop current wines, limited releases and cellar selections.
