SIP Wine Bar & Authentic Neapolitan Pizza

SIP is a Neapolitan pizzeria and wine bar on Broadway Avenue, just off Yonge and Eglinton, accredited by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. BlogTO reported that owner Carmine Constantino hired cooks from Naples and imported the oven, and found a semi-rustic room of grainy wood and industrial lighting after a year-long renovation of a former apartment block.

Gambero Rosso recommends the classic margherita and the hearty capricciosa, and describes an unhurried, laid-back mood. The house Pizza SIP folds one corner into a ricotta and prosciutto cotto calzone, and BlogTO thought the linguine ai frutti di mare, served in a bowl of baked pizza dough, might even outshine the pies. Gambero Rosso gave SIP one Spicchio in its 2026 guide to Italian restaurants.
