Cave Spring Vineyard

Cave Spring traces its roots to John Pennachetti Senior and his sons, who revived a small vineyard in the 1960s and planted some of Niagara's first Riesling and Chardonnay vines there. Destination Ontario calls it an original winery on the Beamsville Bench and notes its commitment to more sustainable practices.

There are two tasting rooms: a vineyard room on Cave Spring Road with floor-to-ceiling windows over the vines, and a winery room in historic Jordan Village near Inn On The Twenty. The range covers Riesling from dry to Icewine, along with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc.
