The tasting room opens daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the $45 seated six-wine tasting is booked on the hour through Tock with walk-ins only occasionally available, and the $85 Root to Glass tour runs daily at 11 a.m. by reservation.

Hidden Bench was founded in 2003 by Harald Thiel and family on the Beamsville Bench, where its three estate vineyards grow on limestone rich glacial till. It follows Procert certified organic practices and focuses on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling, plus small lots of Nuit Blanche, Terroir Cache and Natur sparkling.
WineAlign ranked it seventh among Ontario wineries and 14th in Canada at the 2026 National Wine Awards. Visits centre on a seated six-wine tasting for $45, or the 75-minute Root to Glass tour of the vineyard and barrel cellar for $85.
