Short Hills Kitchen at Henry of Pelham

Short Hills Kitchen is the seasonal restaurant at Henry of Pelham, the family winery run by the Speck brothers on Pelham Road in St. Catharines. Destination Ontario points to its patio overlooking the vines and notes that the estate is home to the most extensive underground working barrel cellar in Canada.

The kitchen is led by chef Erik Peacock, who previously cooked at Wellington Court in St. Catharines. In summer, Destination Ontario says, Prix Fixe Fridays bring a prepared main with sides, à la carte appetizers and live music. The restaurant opens from Victoria Day weekend to Canadian Thanksgiving.
